Safety is everyones responsibility
We strongly believe that safety is everyone's responsibility, especially when it comes to water safety. Guests may encounter areas of the park that have no lifeguard or a limited lifeguard presence. These areas will be clearly marked for easy identification. Regardless of whether a lifeguard is present, children or weak swimmers of any age must be accompanied or supervised by someone while in the water. Parents, guardians, and chaperones are the first line of defense when it comes to water safety and should always supervise children and weak swimmers. Guests are encouraged to use their own life jackets during their visit. In an assortment of sizes, Lifejackets are readily available for complimentary use and are conveniently located just inside the main entrance of the park. Coast Guard Type II life jackets are recommended for maximum safety and protection. To check the style of your own personal lifejacket, you can typically find the designation inside the device.
Industry Leading Attractions
When you visit our park you can feel confident that you're in a safe and healthy environment. If you are unhappy with your visit or it's just not for you, please go to the gift shop within an hour of your arrival and we will make it right with our satisfaction guarantee.

This Could Be You!
“By far the friendliest and cleanest water park I’ve been too. It’s on the smaller side but I’d choose to go here versus the other options close to me!”
“My family, friends and I went to Whale’s Tale yesterday and had a blast! Chris, the bartender, was pleasant and personable. Emily Watson, who was one of the water slide attendants, was so kind, friendly and attentive. We made awesome memories and are already looking forward to going back next year!”
“My granddaughter had never been and can’t wait to go back. She said of all the New Hampshire parks, this one is by far the best! She’s been to most of them.”
