The Admin Assistant will work directly with our Director of Operations assisting with the workload. This position requires the applicant to be extremely organized and a self-starter. Duties and responsibilities include filing, labor law compliance, employee paperwork, various administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
The Accounting Assistant will work closely with the Director of Operations to assist with accounting needs. High-level financial accounting, daily cashouts, and Payroll assistance are some tasks that will be handled by this position. Some accounting experience is desirable for the candidate but we are willing to train the right person.
Custodians, General Laborers, Pool Attendants, Water Testers, & Grounds Keepers.
Retail Clerk, Cashiers, Greeters & Ticket Scanners.
Lifeguards (training & certification provided), EMT’s & Slide Attendants.
Cooks, Prep Cooks, Expeditors, Bartenders, Cashiers, Support Staff, Cabana Servers, and Food Runners.
Whale’s Tale Waterpark is building its grounds and maintenance team. As the Grounds Supervisor, you’re primarily responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of all park grounds. They also are responsible for the health and beautification of the lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and hardscapes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervision of up to two supporting team members; Mowing lawns, pruning trees/shrubs, maintaining walkways, and cultivating flowerbeds; Digging, mulching, watering, weeding, edging, seed sowing, planting, and bed preparation; Safe operation of push mowers, riding mowers, and motorized hand tools (string trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.) Other pertinent duties that may be assigned.
17 acres of park to beautify takes a lot of hands. We take pride in how gorgeous our park is and so should you.
