Book In Advance

Everybody loves a deal, by booking your day in advance you save as well as ensuring your day at New England's Favorite Waterpark! Once you've reserved your day be sure to complete your waivers for a smooth check-in process.

Add a Cabana!

Get your own slice of heaven as a home base in the park. You'll have shade and privacy all day as well as butler service during our peak season.

Safety is Everyones Responsibility

Guests may encounter areas of the park that have no lifeguard. Always use the buddy system. If your kids are in the water, you should be too. Parents and guardians should supervise weak swimmers at all times. Know before you go signage is available at each attraction. Personal floatation devices are encouraged for those in need. US Coastguard Type II Life Jackets are recommended and are available for complimentary use inside the park on a first come first serve basis.

Checking In

Once you’ve booked your day, your waivers are complete and you’ve made it to the park you’re ready to have a whale of a day! We do our best to ensure a speedy check-in process for everyone, however, please be patient as we do have lines when the park first opens. There’s no need to print your reservation, all we need is your order number or the last name on the reservation. Remember you are welcome to bring your own coolers in, we just ask you to leave the glass and alcohol at home, and yes, we will be taking a peak just to check. 

FAQs

Do I have to make a reservation?

No, however, sellouts do occur. In the event, you come without a reservation and we have reached capacity you will need to visit us another day. By making a reservation that ensures entrance on your chosen day to visit us. 

Can I change my reservation?

Yes, pending availably on the day you’d like to change to. Please call us at 603 745 8810 to modify your reservation. 

What if it rains?

Rainy days are the best days! You’re coming to get wet anyway, and there’s little to no lines throughout the park. If we are forced to close due to extreme weather you will receive a voucher for your missed time with our industry-leading weather guarantee. 

Do you have food?

Yes, we have two food service locations as well as a fully stocked bar. 

Can I bring a cooler?

Yes, just please leave the glass and alcohol at home, we will inspect coolers and bags brought into our park. 

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, all we need is the order number or the name on the reservation. 

Why do I need to complete my waivers ahead of time?

This allows for a speedy and smooth check-in process. 

Is there free parking and tube usage?

Yes there is!

Can I re-enter the park?

Yes, we will give you a stamp to re-enter. 

Are there Cabanas available today?

Cabanas are reserved on a first come first serve basis. For the most part, our cabanas are sold out the day of. At check-in feel free to ask if there are any left available. 

What ages is this park good for?

Whale’s Tale is truly good for all ages, with our ride mix there’s a favorite slide our attraction for anyone in the family.
